Scheduling an Appointment or Consultation
To schedule a consultation or an appointment, please call us at 907.563.3204 x 2 (M to F, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm) so we may discuss more about your skin and the reason for your call. One of our experienced skincare specialists will schedule an appointment at the first available time that fits your schedule (the first appointment of the day is at 9:00 am and the last appointment in the afternoon begins at 3:45 pm). We often have unanticipated openings due to a cancellation. Please let us know if you would like to be placed on a waiting list if there is a cancellation.
If you wish to get in touch via the web, please use the convenient request form on this site. To ensure your privacy, we will call you with an appointment time and to discuss any questions. We reply to most web inquiries within 24 working hours. If you have an urgent or immediate need, please call us at 907.563.3204 x2.
Live Outside of Anchorage?
If you live outside of Anchorage and need an appointment to coincide with your travel schedule, please let us know at the time of your call so that special arrangements can be made.
Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please call us at 907.563.3204 x2 at least one working day (24 working hours) in advance of your appointment time or a cancellation fee may apply. If you are unable to keep your appointment or will be late, please call the office as soon as possible. It helps us to coordinate schedules to better serve you and all of our clients.
On your first visit to the Fortson Dermatology & Skincare Center, please come 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment to complete the registration form and skincare information.
For your convenience, you may also download the forms from this site to complete at home and bring with you to your first appointment. In addition, bring your photo ID, insurance card and any information from a referring physician.
Please bring your insurance card and photo identification card to each appointment as a copy may be required for prescriptions or laboratory services.
